Print and Sparkle Explosion: Yumi Kim Palazzo Pants & DIY Christopher Kane Clutch

It’s a brand new week, and given all this gloomy weather, I thought showcasing my favorite pair of crazy printed pants was in order. These Hawaiian-style ‘Disco Pants’ from Yumi Kim are an instant mood lifter and make me feel like I’m a floating Charlie’s Angel. I wore them only a few times this winter with this honeycomb cable-knit sweater from J.Crew, but have been sporting them nonstop this spring with a lightweight tank top and my ‘Members Only’ style jacket from H&M.
While I can’t wear this DIY explosion everywhere – it is a vintage pocketbook with interior envelope sleeves that barely fits my cell phone and wallet – I loved pairing it with these pants and this necklace from Nan Fusco, a jewelry darling from Orange County that has crafted a collection that makes me weak at the knees. I went temporarily crazy when I first saw the Quartz necklace and Ode to a Geode earrings and saw it’s true awesomeness that a picture simply can’t replicate.
Since I’m always in the market for printed pants and crazy-inducing jewelry, what are some of your favorites?
